Permanent, Term time only + 5 days

36:40 hours per week; Monday- Friday, 40-minute break

Grade 5 point 18 – 23, actual pro rata salary £26,605 - £29,049

Pension Scheme which the college contribute 19% + Employee Health Assistance Programme + Staff Wellbeing benefits

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate individual to the role of Pastoral Coordinator who is committed to providing high quality support to our pupils.

 

At Saint John Henry Newman Catholic College, our Pastoral Coordinators play a vital role in leading the provision of pastoral care and wellbeing for our pupils alongside teachers and other colleagues within school. The successful candidate will support pupils to overcome barriers to learning and raise aspirations empowering them to achieve their full potential.
