Grade 5 Point 18-23 actual pro rata salary £23,586 - £25,752

We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspiring Cover Supervisors who are committed to providing high quality support to our pupils. At Saint John Henry Newman Catholic College, our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by providing classroom supervision in the absence of a teacher.
The role involves managing student behaviour, maintaining a constructive learning environment, and supporting teachers with classroom tasks. The post would also provide excellent CPD opportunities for graduates who wish to apply for teacher training.
If you are a strong team player with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and have the vision and energy to engage and empower young people and colleagues alike, we would love to hear from you.
