Careers

The Cambridge iMedia offers a dynamic introduction to the digital world, equipping students with practical skills and knowledge highly relevant to a variety of career paths in media, design, and technology. This course is the perfect course for students who are creative, innovative, and keen to explore the fast-evolving digital landscape.

One of the primary career opportunities lies in graphic design. The iMedia course provides hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, allowing students to create professional-quality graphics. This foundation can lead to roles in advertising, branding, and visual communications.

Another exciting pathway is web design and development. Through learning about HTML, user experience (UX), and multimedia components, students can pursue careers as web developers, UX/UI designers, or digital marketers.

The course also opens doors to game design and development, a rapidly growing industry. With units on pre-production and interactive media, students gain insight into the planning and creation of games, preparing them for roles like game developers or level designers.

The R093 unit focuses on  media production which is perfect if you are thinking about following a career in film, television, and online content creation. You will  develop skills and knowledge of video editing, storyboarding, and various types of media. The course will help prepare you for further education or entry-level roles in creative, technical, and digital industries.
